Create and manage a team

Create a team, add its members and update the group when plans change.

Add the team

Open Teams, then select Add Team. Enter a clear name pupils will recognise and save it.

Add members

Open the new team and choose Add member. Select an unassigned pupil, add them to the team and repeat for the other members.

Move or remove a pupil

Use Remove beside a pupil's name to take them out of a team. To move them, open the pupil under Pupils, select Edit, choose the new team and save.

Keep names classroom-friendly

Use names that are easy to distinguish on screen and safe to show in class. Avoid putting personal or sensitive information in a team name.
