Information in the portal

START uses account, school, team and programme information to provide the portal experience. Only enter information requested by the portal, and avoid putting sensitive personal details into team names, uploads or AI conversations.

Who can see what

Access depends on a person's role. Pupils work in their own team and course area, while teachers can access relevant pupil, team and programme information for their school.

Portfolio files and AI conversations

Portfolio evidence and AI conversations may contain pupil information, so use fictional or minimal details where possible. Teachers should ask pupils to submit only material that is appropriate for the programme.
